Improving Interoperability for Climate and Energy Policy Ontologies

In preparation

The Climate and Energy Policy Ontology (CEPO) is an ontology built within NFDI4Energy which provides explicit definitions, classifications, and relationships among climate policy instruments. It was developed by practitioners at the FAU in close collaboration with climate data providers (Climate Policy Radar, Climate Policy Database, and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development) and aims for interoperability with them in order to harmonize the climate policy data space. The ontology was also co-designed with experts from the OEO and is certified by the Energy-related reference ontologies Foundry (ENERO).

Improving Interoperability for Climate and Energy Policy Ontologies is an incubator project within the Terminology Services (TS) basic service of Base4NFDI.
